We know from personal experience that swapping hosting providers can lead to lost data and unwanted network downtime. This is why we will accomplish all that for you for free!We’ve got experienced administrators whose sole job is to ensure that your site performs exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon famous web apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are lots of aspects to bear in mind – the overall number of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration professionals, etc. However, we do our best to accomplish all website migrations within a 48–hour time window. Less sizeable websites are transferred much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t gather any sensitive information. We’ll need, however, the login information for your old web hosting account along with the name of the website that you want to transfer.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the exact same info you have given to your previous web host. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive information is used.

A: While we transfer your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous hosting provider. In essence, if we can acquire access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
